Annual General Meeting
It’s time for our Annual General Meeting. Your chance to get involved with the running of the HBUF Charity.
Find out what we’ve been up to for the past year, and what we have planned for the year ahead.
We will be electing two trustees and having a Q&A so you can find out more about us and let us know what you’d like to see happening at HBUF.
There will be cake…
Agenda:
– Election of Trustees: Two trustees are up for re-election this year: Mary Farragher (Secretary) and Sue Gwinnell
– Treasurer’s Report
– Policy Updates: Discussion of any proposed changes to existing policies or suggestions for new policies.
– Chairperson’s Report – a review of the year gone by
– Tea & cake !
– Plans for next year and Q&A – open floor for anyone to ask questions and make suggestions.
The Small Print…
As a charity the ‘official’ parts of this meeting will give you an insight into how the Charity operates. They are an important part of making sure that we stay on track with our charitable objectives.
Equally important is the discussion and the open forum for ideas, suggestions and comments. After all, our constitution makes it very clear that we are doing all this for the benefit of the inhabitants of the general public, in particular the residents of Gorse Hill, Pinehurst and the surrounding area.
